I spent a few months researching cars before deciding to buy my first xB back in 2009. The first generation xB (the boxy one) is considered 'a good bet' by Consumer Reports with almost perfect used car ratings. In addition, forbes.com has ranked the Scion xB as one of the top 10 cars to go over 200,000 miles. I found the Scion xB to be the perfect balance of reliability, style and practicality. The back seats have more leg room than most SUV's and the back seat folds down flush to fit anything from a bike to a mid-size piece of furniture. Oh, and you can parallel park the xB in many spots that other cars don't fit in. It's the perfect car for the urban dweller.

Why buy this xB

This specific xB has been meticulously cared for, including oil changes every 3,000 miles. Brand new serpentine belt put on at 108k. Passed deep dive inspection by Vee Village on Oct. 20, 2016 with no major repairs being recommended.

Why are you selling this gem?

My wife and I currently own two xB's and absolutely adore them. We drove one for five years and loved it so much we hunted down a duplicate (this one). The ONLY reason we are selling this xB is because we are expecting our fourth child and so we can no longer fit all of our children in one car (just bought an Odyssey). In all honesty, that is the only reason... pretty sad to see this go... but duty calls.
