Curiosity starts with observation and asking questions. It’s watching people in their natural environment, following through rote routines and parsing data behind the scenes. Curiosity brings others along with you, pushing boundaries and redefining roles, bringing together diverse perspectives to explore problems holistically. It traverses through organizational structures, refines and pivots, ultimatelly revealing the underlying needs, wants, and desires that drive human behavior. As a Director of Experience Strategy, I harness this curiosity to identify the right problems to solve—transforming insights into strategy and strategy into meaningful, impactful experiences.
